Shipping, Payment & Refund Policy

Shipping Options:

1. Self Collect at 50 Punggol Walk by appointment. Please WhatsApp +65 91526643 to setup an appointment. Items to be collected within 14 days of payment, failing which order will be cancelled without any refunds.
2. Opt for a door to door private courier with a fixed $5 charge per order. Delivery will only be scheduled after order and payment is received.
3. We do not accept whatsapp orders, reservations or preorders.

Payment Options
Following payment options are available via our 3rd party payment gateway hitpay.com during checkout: PayLah / PayNow / Singapore Credit Cards – Visa / Mastercard / Amex

Order will be auto-cancelled if no payment is received during order checkout. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchange or refund for all items sold, except for any defect or damages on receipt of item and which is reported within 24 hours
